Are you looking to deepen your faith, discover your unique calling, and develop practical skills to serve others?  Vineyard Leadership Essentials (VLE): Foundations 1 is a multi-month learning experience designed to help you grow right here in our local church community. This course isn't just about learning head-knowledge—it is about real spiritual transformation and practical ministry leadership.

What You Will Experience

• Flexible Online Learning: Watch short, high-quality video insights on your own schedule.

• Guided Mentorship: Process what you learn alongside a dedicated mentor and peers.

• Practical Activation: Take what you learn out of the classroom and apply it directly to real life.

Key Topics We Will Explore

• The Heart of a Leader: Character, emotional health, and spiritual formation.

• Discovering Your Shape: Stewardship, self-discovery, and understanding your gifts.

• Building Others: Practical tools for discipleship, communication, and leading teams.

Commitment

• Time: Approximately 5-6 hours per month for independent study, reflection, and group meetings.

• Format: Monthly cohort gatherings combined with weekly online video modules.

• Book: We will be discussing one chapter of The Servant by James C. Hunter as part of our group meetings. You are responsible to purchase your own copy (Amazon).
